Metro releases dramatic video of armed robbery at ATM

LAS VEGAS - Metro Police are releasing the surveillance video of a robbery at an ATM near Town Center and Summerlin Parkway in hopes that someone will recognize the suspect.

Police released photos of the suspect last month shortly after the April 4 robbery, but have not been able to identify the suspect.

The robbery occurred around 7:40 a.m. at the bank located in the 1900 block of Village Center Circle. According to police, a woman was making a deposit at an ATM when a male suspect approached the driver's side window, pointed a gun at her and demanded money and her purse. The woman gave him her purse.

The suspect then fled on foot and got into the passenger seat of a parked vehicle which was described as a small, dark, older-model sedan with an "03" sticker on the windshield.

Anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the suspects is urged to contact Metro at (702) 828-8577.
