Metro releases new surveillance video of man possibly connected to shooting

Metro Police released new surveillance video Wednesday of a man they would like to question about a shooting that happened last month.

Officers said on Oct. 26 they investigated a shooting in the 6300 block of West Lake Mead Boulevard.

Metro said when officers arrived at the scene they found a man dead in an apartment complex parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.

After further investigation, detectives discovered the victim was in a  physical altercation with the suspect before the shooting.

After the shooting, the suspect, and another man were seen running from the area on foot. 

Police said the suspect could only be described as a black male, between the age of 16 and 20, with a thin build.  Metro said the suspect was also last seen wearing a black hoodie, dark pants and white and black tennis shoes.

The person police are looking to question in connection with this crime is described as a black male adult in his early 20’s with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and black jacket.
