Metro releases photos of alleged armed robbery suspect

LAS VEGAS - Detectives with Metro Police have asked the public for its help identifying a man accused of robbing a business Monday near S. Nellis Boulevard and E. Sahara Avenue.

Police said the armed suspect entered a local business in the 2500 block of S. Nellis and showed a gun before approaching employees and demanding money from the registers.

The man left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was able to get away before officers arrived at the scene.

The suspect is described as a black man in his 20's, standing approximately between 5-feet 9-inches and 5-feet 11-inches.  He's also said to be in between 160-180 lbs.  The suspect was last seen wearing a gray and black jacket and black shorts.
