Metro releases video of car used in graffiti killing

LAS VEGAS - Las Vegas Metro Police are releasing surveillance video of a car they say was used in the killing of a man two days after Christmas.

The deadly shooting happened on Dec. 27 in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Duneville Street near Tropicana Avenue and Jones Boulevard around 6:30 p.m.

According to police, the victim confronted three to four suspects who were painting graffiti on a wall. Shortly after the confrontation, a black Honda Civic drove by the victim and someone inside opened fire killing the man.
