Missing woman's body found in Lake Havasu

LAKE HAVASU - The search for a missing California woman has come to a sad end. 
 
Mohave County Sheriff’s Waterways deputies found the body of Jennifer Renee Martin Tuesday morning.
 
At first light Tuesday morning, deputies returned to the area to continue their search. A body was located using a side-scan sonar device and confirmed with a remote operated submarine and an onboard camera.
 
Martin was located in 43 feet of water within the search parameter of a mile radius of where the accident took place in the South Basin of Lake Havasu. Martin went missing Saturday evening.
 
No signs of obvious trauma. An autopsy is pending and this investigation remains active.
