NORTH LAS VEGAS - The woman killed in a crash on Aliante Parkway and 215 Thursday night has been identified as 29-year-old Heather Laugeson of North Las Vegas, according to the Clark County Coroner's Office.
Laugeson ran a red light while traveling southbound on Aliante Parkway and hit a man driving a silver car making a left turn onto westbound 215, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
The SUV driven by Laugeson rolled over and she was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. NHP investigators suspect her of being impaired.
There were four kids in the SUV Laugeson was driving and three of the children were hers, said NHP.
The male driver of the silver car was taken to UMC and released. According to NHP, he won't face any charges.
