A new survey by the Consumers Union says about 10 percent of nursing homes around the country have been found to be consistently inadequate.  This year's list includes six nursing homes in Nevada.

Consumers Union published its annual nursing home watch list this week. Only one of the Nevada nursing homes on the list is in Las Vegas. The one on the watch list is IHS of Shadow Mountain.

To create this list, Consumers Union surveyed state inspections from Jan. 1999 through March of 2003.
