Old school former Raider excited on Vegas destination

LAS VEGAS - The groundbreaking for the new Raiders stadium is set for Monday.

One of the many former Raiders expected to be in attendance is Frank Hawkins, who played seven seasons with the "Silver and Black" along being a member of the 1983 Superbowl team.

Hawkins is one of many people excited about the Raiders coming to southern Nevada, but there's another reason the former Western High star is excited about the prospects in his hometown.
