North Las Vegas Police are investigating a deadly shooting late Saturday night.

Police responded to the 3000 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North around 11:45 p.m. and found a 31-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to University Medical Center Trauma in critical condition and died late Sunday morning.

Investigators say an argument escalated in the parking lot of a business which led to the deadly shooting. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arriving and there is no one in custody at this time.

This is an ongoing investigation and detectives are not prepared to release suspect information at this time.

This is the second homicide in North Las Vegas in the last 24 hours.

A 19-year-old male was found dead on the 2700 block of Castle Street early Saturday morning. There are no suspects in custody for that case.

Anyone with additional information regarding this case is urged to call the North Las Vegas Police Department at (702) 633-9111 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555.
