PD: 2 men tie up, rob woman in home invasion

LAS VEGAS - Metro Police are searching for two men accused of tying up a woman after breaking into her home.

According to police, it happened early Thursday morning in the 2200 block of Paseo del Prado near Rancho Drive and W. Sahara Avenue.

Officers said around 1:18 a.m. 9-1-1 received a call about the home invasion.  Metro Police said two men armed with handguns kicked in the front door of a 70-year-old woman's home.

According to officers, the men confronted the woman and tied her up.  Not only did the men steal from the woman's home, but they also stole her car, police said.

Eventually, the woman was able to free herself. Metro said she ran to a neighbor's home and called the police.
