Police release photo, surveillance video of New York-New York robbery suspect

LAS VEGAS - Metro Police released surveillance video Thursdayof the man they are calling a suspect in the robbery of a Las Vegas Strip casino-hotel.

According to police, the suspect, armed with a handgun, robbed the casino cage of the New York-New York around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday. 

MGM Resorts International released the following statement: 

No one was harmed, and the suspect fled the building.  Metro is investigating.  All operations are running normally.

The suspect is described as black male around 30 to 35 years old, wearing a black beanie cap, black hooded jacket, dark jeans, black shoes, black mechanic gloves and black rimmed glasses.
