Registration Fraud: Russell Meets With FBI

(Oct. 18) -- The man whose allegations started the furor over voter registration in Las Vegas met with the FBI Monday afternoon.

Eric Russell is a former employee of Voters Outreach of America. He told Eyewitness News that he saw his employers destroy registration forms that had been filled out by democrats.

Last week Russell visited the FBI but left before filing a formal complaint. Informed sources tell us that Russell met with FBI agents Monday and presented them with the same documentation he provided to news reporters last week.

Russell's attorney, Michael Mushkin says that both Russell and his girlfriend Ashley Tims will cooperate fully with any law enforcement agencies that ask for their assistance.
