Second arrest in 13-year-old's death, coroner officially ID's boy

LAS VEGAS - A second arrest has been made in the case of a dead 13-year-old boy.

Las Vegas Metro Police have arrested 33-year-old Latoya Williams-Miley. Police say she is the boy's stepmother. Jail records show she is facing a first-degree murder charge.

She was booked into Clark County Detention Center Thursday.

The Clark County Coroner's Office has also officially identified the decomposed body found earlier in the week as 13-year-old Aaron Jones.

Jones was discovered wrapped in a blanket covered with rocks in a desert area near Boulder Highway and Sahara Avenue Tuesday night. Family members say he was last seen alive in Dec. 2016.

Aaron Jones father, Paul Jones, 33, was also charged with first-degree murder Thursday in the death of his son. He has been in the detention center on another charge.

Family members say the teen was living with his father at the time of his disappearance
