Sex harassment suit dropped vs Las Vegas constable

LAS VEGAS (AP) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a woman who accused Las Vegas Constable John Bonaventura of sexually harassing her while she worked in his office.

Kristy Henderson's complaint said Bonaventura began making sexual comments to her shortly after she appeared on a pilot episode of a reality TV show and asked her to wear a mini-skirt and garters to work. The Review-Journal reports that the judge sided with Bonaventura's position that Henderson was an at-will employee who could be terminated.
