Sources: Assemblyman Paul Anderson to resign seat to work for governor's office

LAS VEGAS - Politics Now sources have confirmed that Assemblyman Paul Anderson will resign his seat in the State Assembly to work at the Governor’s Office of Economic Development sometime in the near future. 

Anderson will work with director Steve Hill for the time being. Assembly Republicans are expected to select a new leader Thursday during a caucus meeting.  Northern Nevada Assemblyman Jim Wheeler will likely be the chosen one.
