Sources: Home targeted in burglary belongs to Floyd Mayweather

LAS VEGAS - A home belonging to boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. was burglarized over the weekend, according to Las Vegas police sources.

The break in occurred in a home on Wood Creek Court on Southern Highlands golf course sometime between Friday, Feb. 24 and Monday, Feb. 27.

According to police, it is believed several items of value were taken.

Mayweather was in Los Angeles celebrating his 40th birthday.

At this time, no suspect/s have been identified and no further information is available.
