Study Shows Fish Oil Supplement Beneficial

LAS VEGAS --  You may want to add another vitamin to your daily regimen because it could help ward off breast cancer.

The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle studied a group of 35,000 women and found those who took fish oil supplements had a 32 percent lower risk of developing the disease.

And that's just the newest reason to take the supplement, which also helps protects the heart and lowers cholesterol.
