Suspect in Las Vegas killing added to 'Top Ten Most Wanted' list

LAS VEGAS - The suspect in a killing that happened in Las Vegas nearly 10 years ago was added to the FBI's "Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive" list Monday.

The FBI held a news conference to announce that Jesus Roberto Munguia, 42, was wanted for the kidnapping and murder of his estranged wife Sherryl Sacueza on July 2, 2008.

The couple's 21-year-old daughter, who became very emotional, was the last of the four children to see her mother alive. She spoke at the news conference.

"No child ever deserves to go through what my father made us go through," she said. "It's been almost 10 years and justice needs to be served."

Sacueza's mother also spoke.

"I can never move on," Noema Gonzalez said. "It really hurts. Look at what you did to us. Look at what you did to your own children."

She said, her daughter was trying to break up with Munguia because she was afraid of him.

Munguia is only the sixth Las Vegan to be added to that list. A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information that leads to his arrest. Munguia is considered armed and dangerous.
