Suspect Used Dead Man's Credit Card

LAS VEGAS -- More details are being released about the woman involved in a shooting at Walmart that left one man dead and a police officer wounded.

Carrie Reed is facing charges of burglary, fraud and attempted theft. Marc Hull, Reed's partner, was shot and killed by police on Friday at the Walmart located at 3615 S. Rainbow Blvd. In Reed's arrest report, Reed said she and Hull went to the store to do some shopping. Police say the two attempted to purchase more than $4,000 worth of items with a credit card that did not belong to them. The card had the name of a man who died in 2000.

When police responded to the store, they say, Hull pulled a gun an fired at them hitting one of the officers three times. The officers returned fire killing Hull.

Police say they found another credit card in Reed's purse. They also found names, social security numbers, birth dates and other sensitive information that did not belong to her.
