The search is on for thousands of workers in Nevada.
Nevada JobConnect partnered up with Panasonic Energy of North America to help attract workers.
The jobs would be for the Gigafactory Tesla and Panasonic are building.
The companies are looking to hire between 2,000 and 3,000 people by the end of next year.
The jobs include production staff, material handlers, production operators, shift leads, maintenance techs, engineers, and human resources workers.
Hiring managers say there are jobs available that fit every level of professional experience from entry level positions that could be desirable for high school grads to jobs for veterans with more technical backgrounds.
"The Gigafactory is bringing that production, the advanced manufacturing to the USA and we'll be doubling the world's production of lithium-ion batteries at the Gigafactory outside of Reno, Nevada," said Amy Martin-Charles, the Talent Acquisition Manager for Panasonic
The company promises to focus on giving employees a good work-life balance.
They will offer a comprehensive benefits package, vacation time, and holidays off.
The company will also offer tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 each year to help with career development.
