LAS VEGAS -- A Clark County grand jury indicted three men Wednesday on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
Segundo Gonzalez, Troy Waggoner and Salvador Mora are accused of killing Richard Blevins, 48, on April 29, 2013 over a $50 debt.
According to the arrest report, Gonzalez was mad at Blevins for not paying him. He went to Blevins home with the two other men to collect the debt. One of the men pulled a handgun and shot Blevins, police said.
The men face charges for conspiracy to commit murder with the use of a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and attempted robbery with use of a deadly weapon.
The men are being held at the Clark County Detention Center without bail.
