TONIGHT: Homeowners Call In for Home Again Program

LAS VEGAS -- The Nevada Attorney General is urging Nevada homeowners suffering financially to call in today during a special telephone telethon at Channel 8.

"There are still many Nevadans hit hard by the housing crisis, and Home Again is an easy and convenient resource for those affected by one of the worst economic climates in recent history," said Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto. "The single phone call will secure a counseling session to determine the assistance available to give Nevadans options to address their housing issues or concerns."

Since the launch of Home Again on Jan. 7, 2013, more than 6,060 Nevadans have contacted the hotline for help.

Any homeowner having trouble making a mortgage payment, needing help with a loan modification, or have lost their home to foreclosure is invited to call.

The Channel 8 hotline will be open from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Just call 650-1101. You can also call the call center between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1-855-HLP4NEV (1-855-457-4638) or visit www.homeagainnevada.gov.
