Two Earthquakes Strike Off California Coast

SAN DIEGO - The U.S. Geological Survey reports two earthquakes have struck off the coast of California, southwest of San Diego.

The first, a magnitude 6.3 quake, struck shortly after 2:30 a.m. The second quake, a magnitude 4.7 temblor, hit approximately 15 minutes later.

So far, no tsunami warnings have been issued.
