UPDATE: Ground stop lifted for United Airlines

LAS VEGAS - United Airlines has lifted the ground stop Sunday evening after grounding all domestic flights. The airlines sent a tweet at 5:06 p.m. stating it was experiencing an "IT issue."

At 6:07 p.m. United sent a tweet reading the airline lifted the ground stop. 

Chicago-based United Airlines and United Express operate more than 4,500 flights a day to 339 airports across five continents.
