Ward 6 candidates, Fiore and Ross open up about their campaigning plans

LAS VEGAS - Las Vegas City elections are just around the corner with the primary being held on April 4 and the general election is scheduled for June 13.

One of the big races to watch is Ward 6 which is left vacant by term-limited Mayor Pro-Tem Steve Ross.  Term limits will force Ross to leave the position he's held for 12 years.

His wife, Kelli Ross, is looking to replace him in the race for his seat.  Former Nevada Assemblywoman and Republican Michele Fiore is also throwing her name in the hat.  Fiore is a small business owner and has lived in Nevada for more than two decades.

Reporter Brittany Edney spoke with the two likely front runners about their plans for the campaign trail.
