Website Promises to Rid In-Boxes of Unwanted E-Mail

LAS VEGAS - We all get sick of spam and unwanted e-mail solicitations from stores and social media sites – also called grey mail.

According to a study by Microsoft, 82 percent of today's e-mails are grey mail. Now, you can get rid of it for good thanks to website Unroll.me.

When you log onto the website, it scans your inbox for spam mail and grey mail. The site then allows you to unsubscribe or have the messages placed into a daily digest.

Instead of receiving 20 to 30 messages from Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter, for example, Unroll.me consolidates the messages into one e-mail.

The site is free, but the service is only available for Gmail and Google apps. Unroll.me plans to add Yahoo and other providers in the future.
