Greenspun legacy imprinted at KLAS-TV

LAS VEGAS - KLAS-TV is celebrating 65 years of serving the Las Vegas valley.  One big part of the station's history are the people who have set the stage and the example at KLAS-TV over the years.

One of the first station owners was Hank Greenspun, the hard-nosed publisher of the Las Vegas Sun newspaper who was also a prominent real estate developer.

Greenspun died in 1989, but his son, Brian, shared stories about his father’s early years.

8 News NOW Anchor Denise Valdez has the story on one of the stations former owners.
