Henderson police launch homicide investigation after finding two bodies in home

Henderson police have launched a homicide investigation after the discovery of two bodies inside a home.

The man and woman were found in the 700 block of Forest Street, near Warm Springs Road and Major Avenue Friday as officers conducted a welfare check around 10 p.m.

It appears the victims may have suffered head trauma, so this is now being investigated as a homicide.

No word on a motive at this time. The identity of both people and the manner of death will come from the Clark County Coroner's office.
