Police release photo of suspected impaired driver involved in deadly crash

Metro Police released the photo of a driver suspected of impairment who struck three pedestrians Friday night, killing one of them.

The driver, 20-year-old Victor Castro-Solano, is facing charges of DUI causing death and DUI causing serious bodily injury. 

The man who was hit and killed on Nellis Boulevard has been identified as 47-year-old Michael Guild by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

The crash happened just before midnight north of E. Sahara Avenue when Castro-Solano lost control and struck the three pedestrians and a bus stop structure. The two other pedestrians were injured.

His bail was set at $500,000.
