Diana Pena turned herself in over the weekend. She faces charges of murder and conspiracy in the death of 71-year-old Thomas Burchard. Pena was roommates with Kelsey Turner who is also in jail and is the prime suspect in Burchard’s murder.

His body was found last month in the trunk of Turner’s car in the desert. Police are still looking for a third suspect, Turner’s boyfriend Jon Logan Kennison.
