LAS VEGAS - Metro Police have identified the man they say fired shots outside a business near Tropicana Ave. and Spencer St. Wednesday, one of which struck a seven-year-old girl.
Police say 23-year-old Curtis Truman is the man captured by surveillance cameras firing three shots towards a vehicle.
Truman is described as a black male adult standing 6 0’ tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black shorts with a tattoo on his left arm.
Investigators believe Truman had been in a verbal altercation with one of the vehicle's occupants just prior to the shooting.
