UPDATE: Male suspect, 3 others dead in suspected murder-suicide

UPDATE SEPT. 21: Henderson police say a man, woman and two children are dead in what they are now calling a murder-suicide. 

According to police, a man, identified as Michael Franco, killed his 5-year-old son, along with his ex-girlfriend, identified as Selina Rowsell, and her 15-year-old son from a previous marriage. A 17-year-old girl escaped. The home, in the gated community of Liberty near Wagon Wheel and US 95, was then reportedly set on fire. 

Neighbors say the couple separated three months ago.

A next door neighbor tells reporter Cristen Drummond what she saw and heard Thursday night.

ORIGINAL STORY: Henderson Police are investigating a family disturbance that resulted an apparent murder-suicide and a home being set on fire.

Police say the incident started around 7:30 p.m. Thursday night on the 1100 block of Paradise Garden Drive, near the Liberty at Paradise Community.

When investigators entered the home, there was an apparent murder-suicide with one adult female and two juveniles deceased. The ages of the victims are unknown.
